When advising users upgrade or reinstall the Cloud. we need to ensure the applications, systems and reports they run are compatible with newer version of Excel.
Specifically, Excel 2013 is able to run reports which the newer versions of Excel cannot.
The systems/reports below cannot run Excel 2013.
- SPMS (used by Sales)
- GQIS (used by Service)
- Excel functions used by SCM Admin/Analysts
Once you can confirm their software is not reliant on old versions of Excel, you may follow the Cloud PC upgrade procedure.
